In view of the increasing complexity of the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the Embassy has created a dedicated e-mail address to directly attend to your concerns on this matter. Those requesting for assistance may submit the following documents to hanoipe.covid19@gmail.com:

1) Request for Assistance Form/Affidavit
2) Photo of Passport
3) Copy of Work Contract (pls indicate if none)
4) TRC or Work Permit (pls indicate if none)
5) Any additional documents that can support your request (e.g. Certificate from employer that you have not been receiving your salary due to covid-19 pandemic)
6) If OWWA Member: Certificate of OWWA Membership or Copy of Receipt

Those who have previously requested assistance and have not sent complete set of documents are urged to submit as soon as possible.

Those who have already sent all documents need not resubmit as their requests are already in process.

The Embassy is currently working with the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila to address your concerns.
