Ambassador Noel Servigon, together with First Secretary and Consul General Cynthia Pelayo, visited the headquarters of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations (HAUFO) on 16 February 2017. Ambassador Servigon and Consul General Pelayo called on HAUFO's new leaders, namely:  Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong (Chairperson), Mr. Dr. Viet Anh Can (Standing Vice Chair), and Ms. Tran Thi Phuong (General Secretary) and  discussed possible joint projects that would enhance the people-to-people relations between the Philippines and Vietnam.
