31 January 2018 HANOI — Philippine Ambassador Noel Servigon (center) paid a courtesy call on the officials of the Can Tho Union of Friendship Organizations led by Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Dung on 16 January. The leader of the Vietnam Philippine Friendship Association in Can Tho, Ms. Nguyen Hong Cuc, reported that the association has been active in promoting student exchange between the two countries.  Most of the members of the Association are alumni of Philippine schools. The Ambassador thanked them for their work in promoting friendly relations between the two countries.
