In celebration of National Heritage Month, an Oil Pastel Drawing Workshop was hosted by the Philippine Embassy in Hanoi on 26 May 2019 at the Chancery.  Members of the Filipino Community and Post’s personnel participated in the Workshop.

The chosen subject was the Rizal Monument which is an iconic symbol for Philippine heritage.  Mr. Patrick Regalado, Visual Arts Instructor, used oil pastel as medium, and taught blending and shading techniques to the participants.   Various interpretations of the Rizal Monument were seen from the participants’ art work.
